Why LMNTAL?

The name is a nod to the three coolest kids: Lincoln, Maura, and Noelle. They are the reason in everything. The word ‘elemental’ refers to the essential or core components of something, and describes my approach to health and fitness. Together we will cut through the confusion and integrate health and fitness into your lifestyle.
